Description
Tóngjiǎn (銅鐧) is a brass or bronze rod-mace.1
They are much rarer than their iron or steel counterparts called tiějiǎn (鐵鐧) and they tend to be of better overall quality.
In Manchu, they are called teišun-i giyan.
A fine bronze mace. Sold by Mandarin Mansion in 2019.
